Nose Revision

It is a set of procedures for patients who have had rhinoplasty before but are not satisfied. A more complicated way can be followed than a classical rhinoplasty, as it aims to correct the aesthetic applications that were made before but not satisfied with nasal revision aesthetic applications. Which technique will be used depends on the final condition of the operated nose of the patient. Therefore, it is very important that your doctor has the necessary experience.

Applications are 3-4 hour operations performed under general anesthesia. The operation can be performed with closed or open incisions. In these operations; revisions in tissue, cartilage and bones are completed.

Mild bleeding, swelling and pain are seen after the operation. For the first 3 days after the surgery, the head should be slightly elevated, and the head should not be tilted down unless necessary. Patients can usually return to work within 7-10 days. During the first 4 weeks, strenuous activities should be avoided, one-to-one contact with the nose should not be made for 6 months, and high-performance sports should not be performed for 6 months.
